1. After the lightweight nylon fabric is subjected to thermal transfer printing, the pattern is more likely to produce "halo color" after a period of time, that is, the sublimation thermal transfer printing ink will fade slowly with the passage of time, gradually changing from the original bright and beautiful to dim and dull.
2. The edges of the printed pattern are blurred due to mutual bleeding. Before this fading problem occurred, it was difficult to judge whether there was anything wrong with the heat transfer printing because on the day after the heat transfer printing was finished, nylon fabric and the polyester fabric had little difference in printing effect when viewed from the outside, they were very bright and soft to the touch.
3. Generally, a piece of nylon cloth can be found after heat transfer printing after about one week in the hot summer, but it takes a little longer in winter. It takes more than 15 days to fade, and sometimes it can remain colorfast for more than one month. This leads many printing factories or clothing factories to take chances with the lucky mentality of "give it a try" and "it will never be so unlucky". As a result, they often lose miserably. At that time, the heat transfer printing factory will not receive the printing processing fee, or the clothing factory will not receive the customer's payment, but will also compensate for the losses caused by this.
From a technical point of view, sublimation transfer printing of nylon fabric is a relatively abstruse topic. At present, the printing industry has not yet reached this technology and nylon fabric can be used for sublimation transfer printing.
