The machine adopts crank-connecting rod mechanism, which can realize automatic feeding, shearing, feeding, cold heading and jacking. The working steps are as follows:

  1. The feeding mechanism is installed on the feed adjusting plate of the large belt pulley. The feeding rod drives the gear driving seat, and the ratchet wheel is driven by the pawl, which actuates the gear and the line wheel, so as to realize the automatic feeding. The length of feeding can be realized by feeding adjustment plate installed on the large pulley. After the material is adjusted, the limit of retaining material can be adjusted and fixed. If you do not want to feed automatically, you can loosen the bolt of the spring seat that is fixed to the front seat, or you can lift the pawl by means of a catch pawl mounted on the drive seat.

The skateboard uses the ball to drive the shears shaft to do reciprocating motion. The scissors mounted on the shafts of the shears can realize the shearing. The adjustment of the adjusting seat can realize the adjustment of the cutting time, the stroke of the scissors shaft, and the relative position of the ball in the curve groove of the slide in the curve groove by adjusting the screw connecting the slide.

  3. After the material is cut off by the shears of the feeding mechanism, the material is sent to the main die through the material clip and the thimble which is installed in the die seat, that is, the feeding action is completed.
  4. The main motor of the heading mechanism drives the crankshaft motion through the belt, and the slider is driven by the connecting rod, the crank connecting rod and the ball seat to make reciprocating motion, and the material in the main die is cold headed into the steel ball. The closed height of the die can be realized by adjusting the crank connecting rod, or by adjusting the slider fine-tuning rod to achieve fine tuning. The up and down of the die can be realized by adjusting the bolt on the chock plug plate, and the left and right movement of the die can be realized by adjusting the bolt on the die seat.
  5. The ejector is mounted on the return cam of the crankshaft, and the ejector rod in the main seat hole is pushed out of the cold-heading steel ball through the drive rod and push plate, then the ejector rod is automatically reset by the spring. The return time can be controlled by adjusting the return cam on the crankshaft.
