2) The speed regulation performance is better. The speed of the extruder should be dynamically adjusted according to the debinding speed, mixing time and other factors. This requires high speed stabilization accuracy, convenient frequency conversion speed regulation, and large speed regulation range, which can meet the speed regulation requirements under various working conditions.
3) The characteristic curve should be hard. It is necessary to ensure that the speed of the extruder is basically unaffected when the load changes (such as more impurities in the rubber compound and serious aging), and avoid excessive speed drops at different load sizes, resulting in film quality problems such as uneven plasticity and irregular discharge. , Affect customer production efficiency.
