During equipment maintenance, ordinary twin-screw extruders often have to remove the heating and cooling systems first, and then take out the screw as a whole. The partial twin-screws do not need to be used. Just loosen a few bolts and turn the worm gear box handle device to lift the upper part of the barrel to open the entire barrel and then perform maintenance. This not only shortens maintenance time, but also reduces labor intensity.
After using the rubber extruder for half a year, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to check the tightness of all screws. If there is a sudden power failure during production, the main drive and heating will stop. When the power supply is restored, each section of the barrel must be reheated to the specified temperature and kept for a period of time before starting the extruder.
It is strictly forbidden to extend your fingers to the material inlet when the rubber extruder is turned on, and use auxiliary tools when feeding. Do not move or damage the warning signs installed on the machine tool. Excessive fatigue, drinking or taking drugs that affect the central nervous system are prohibited from working. At work, you must concentrate, do not look around, whisper to each other, and chat with others or play jokes. Please wear work clothes and safety protection equipment before work. Without the permission of the security department, no unit or individual may dismantle or change any safety protection device. If two or more people are required to complete special tasks together, they should be commanded in a unified manner, paying attention to mutual coordination.
